Used the test console and received the following:
550 License Expired
Error=10004

I take it that would be problem found? How can I resolve this quickly with
you folks (our serial is 21918590-8357)?

If you are using the bounce server then the address must begin with
"Bounce-" (the hyphen matters).

Also, there needs to be a valid MX that points to the server - for example,
if you have a domain called domain.com and
you have an MX pointing to a mail server (mail.domain.com) you can also set
up an MX for bounce.domain.com and have the
bounces addressed to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"

One other thing - you should try using the SMTP test console or telnet to
port 25 of the bounce server and make sure
that it accepts mail to a bounce address.

HTH,

Howie
