I've got a large DB of spam IPs, domains and subject fragments. Eventually I'm
going to modify the domain templates so that any mail that's considered spam
(according to the DB criteria) will be shunt into a special spam account to be
reviewed. If the email is not spam, it'll be sent back to the domain templates
with a header saying its not spam.
Why am I saying this? Because I'm not even going to start working on the domain
templates for at least a month and wanted others to hear the idea. Maybe someone
out there will think its good and write it themselves. Might make a cool 'core'
feature to fusionmail.

Yes, I know that iMS can use the RBLs but sometimes they fail and I'd like the
mail that's considered spam accessible rather than blocked.
