ReportPostStatus has no relationship to PostFail or PostWarn. ReportPostStatus gets
called whenever one or more of the
enabled notification types is present. PostFail gets called when an email delivery
fails and allows you to customize a
failure message to a mail sender. PostWarn does the same as PostFail except in the
context of a warning message.
