Ah...yes, we use Norton client side, too...but we were using it
forever...this problem didn't surface until we switched to iMS.  Does iMS
have some incompatibility with Norton?

I meant on the client.  Since you are not getting a connection to the server
I figured that the connection was failing
on the client side.
