Sorry it took so long for a reply...

Anyway - the way the server works is that it looks for a local IP address to use for 
sending that matches an MX record
for the domain.  The mail was sent from ezinemanager.net which has an MX of:

MX preference = 20, mail exchanger = mail.ezinemanager.net
MX preference = 30, mail exchanger = host.ezinemanager.net

mail.ezinemanager.net   internet address = 66.202.57.209
host.ezinemanager.net   internet address = 66.202.57.209

That's why iMS requested that 66.202.57.209 be used for sending the email.
