Talk about an impossible situation to resolve, especially since it was never
true. Other mail servers hosted by the same provider (Cyberlinx) had
relaying open, and somehow our name was added to the list. Our Network admin
has been trying to get it removed but is just about impossible to do.

Hey Dan,  this may not be news to you but your server is listed as an open
relay as well as a "known source of spam" by relays.osirusoft.com. Not good!
