Yea, you'll want to switch providers. First of all to clear your own mail server (I imagine a lot of your mail is getting bounced/filtered out), and 2nd to not support a spammer-friendly ISP. Your whole netblock didn't get marked as a "known spam source" simply for relaying. As for your original query, sorry I don't know anything about Exchange. Basically if you can't forward/split a copy of the mail to the iMS server then you'll have to POP it. Exchange must have at least a forwarding address setup per user, no? Where it would keep a copy AND forward a copy? Practically every mail server I've checked out has this. Of course if you have many users you'll need a way to specify this option in a batch and make it default for new accounts...
