Max,
The information I'm trying to pass is simple stuff like project numbers,
organization names, etc. With our old mail client we just put X-Header
items in for each piece of data we needed to track the email in our system.
When I was researching a new mail client I spoke with Howie about what we
were needing and he mentioned that X-Headers were not always forwarded
through some mail servers. I'm just trying to figure out what would be the
best way to attach additional information to an email that when it gets
forwarded through a couple people will still retain all of the information.
That it why I'm thinking message numbers would be best.

Thank you,

Keith

PS: Sorry about the signature. My email client attaches it automatically
and I forget about it sometimes.

There's nothing being said here that can't be expressed with plain text...
thanks.

Should I use the message number to pass the information in or just use
X-Headers. Why would I not want to use X-Headers?

recall speaking with someone, I beleive it was Howie, a few months back
about X-Headers not being the best way to do it. Is there a better way such
as message numbers, and if so, how can I do it with iMS and FusionMail?
