You would only need to convert everyone over at
once if IMAIL does not support binding to a single IP address. iMS has the
ability to bind to a single IP address on the machine and, if you have more than
one IP and the other mail server can do the same, then you can run both at
once. If IMAIL does not support this then you would have to stage a test
domain on another machine and then do a cutover to the production machine after
disabling IMAIL.
iAuth is a separate product that is used for web
site authentication and is not needed for iMS or FusionMail.
