Did you check the site I linked
(eoscape.com)?
Basically, the user name sent to iMS/FusionMail has
to include the full email address as the user name and the password so that may
be the problem. In Outlook express I think you need to click off the "Log
on using" radio button and enter the login there.
You should also see the result of the
authentication attempt in the SMTP log.
