Weird - I checked the copy of the sent mail and they were there...the copy from the list did not have them...
 
Anyway, here they are:

Okay, and the final piece of the puzzle is that the recipient, [EMAIL PROTECTED], actually received the email.
Probably because the logic in the DATA template stored the mail prior to the error.
So why do I get the error in the POST log,
Because there was an error processing the mail in the SMTP Server - check the SMTP log to see what the error was.
 and why do I get the Undeliverable email message in test1's Inbox?
Because the second server indicated that the mail was undeliverable.
