I'd have to agree with that. And to be honest, it makes me a bit nervous keeping up with the upgrades. Once we get something working, its a bit nerve-racking to fool with it. Especially email marketing where there is really no way to test volumes (hard to find 25K+ addresses to test mail to) and client rep is on the line (and customers are hyper-critical of email.)
And I think Howie support, er, list support would be just fine... In my case, we go through a rigorous regression testing phase every time we modify our s/w. This means not using the system for a day, while the s/w is in production. Given the fact you guys come out with a new release every month or so, which is good, but are dropping support for "older" versions, makes me very nervous.
