I don't think I ever mentioned that Skip RCPT should be enabled.  The only templates I 
would ever recommend skipping are USER (in the POP Server) and possibly HELO and MAIL 
in the SMTP server.

FusionMail has two sets of templates.  One is for webmail and the other is for the iMS 
server itself.  The server templates can be located anywhere are as long as iMS is 
configured properly in the Common template settings.

I would not recommend using Access in a live environment although in a low volume 
setting it shouldn't choke.  I would recommend either MSSQL or MySQL.
