That is caused by a mail loop. A mail loop occurs when an SMTP server is configured in an MX record for a domain but is not configured to accept mail to that domain. The server then winds up sending mail to itself in a loop.
In your case, I would suspect that insitecomm.com has an MX record that points to your server but your server is not configured to accept mail for insitecomm.com.
any way to get around that ? I remember there was a variable something like mailcount..
