The MIME tag does not interact with the relay server in any way. If the relay server
does not show anything in the log then ColdFusion is not connecting to it at all.
You can try the SMTP server test console and connect to port 2525. You should see the
connection in the relay log and you should also be able to send a test email byt
clicking on the HELO, MAIL, RCPT and DATA buttons in order.
You will need to troubleshoot ColdFusion to find out why it is not connecting.
