There are some issues with the CFX installer (v3.0) that are fixed in the latest
version that will be included in the next iMS release. For now, you should register
the CFX tags manually from the CF administrator.

The only service that iMS-SE does not use is the POP which should not be installed.

SMTP is needed for the included SMTP/B server. POP should not be there but will do no
harm.

Changes to the SMTP settings will alter the settings for SMTP/B. Changes to the POP
settings won't matter.
