Didn't the code just recently change so that token_xxx would create the token automatically? I wasn't following that thread much, but it seems like this is a possibility, since the attribute in the tag is token_htmlmsgfooter?

The HTML footers stopped working on my listserv system, not sure exactly
when. Going back to CFX_IMSMAIL 3.3.1 didn't help, nor back to a previous
post version.
When I went to the cfx_imsmail manual, I'm not seeing any references to token_msgfooter and token_htmlmsgfooter. Has anything changed? Can you document those tag attributes as well?
