Agreed...  the issue is dealing with all the varies personalities and how
they set things up.  Seems like we are getting more and more bounces back
via the From and Reply-to.

There is no control over how the other server bounces mail.  As I've said
before, trying to track bounces programattically is far from an exact
science.  The other server *should* bounce to the address listed in the
return-path but the other server can do whatever the developers decided is
the best way to handle bounces (using the FROM is about the worst IMHO).
