[iMS] Socket Error 10061

I am getting "Socket Error 10061 : Connection Refused" when I try to connect to my IMS SMTP Server.  I have tried to restart the SMTP service several times, but no luck.  I have a Delphi Application that uses the SMTP server to send out emails in large quantities to our client's customer base.  The SMTP server is still working, because I can send/recv SMTP emails from my OutLook client and ColdFusion is still sending out emails.    Can someone please point me in the right direction on how to resolve this problem?   Thanks, Dave Hatz This list server is Powered by iMS "The Swiss Army Knife of Mail Servers" This list is provided as a free service.
