This new method includes more robust MIME decoding, error handling and logging procedures (portions graciously provided by Kym Kovan) as well as an easier method for updating and installing new virus filters via a plug-in mechanism. Adding new or updated filters is now as simple as dropping the filter into a folder - no template changes, no restarts, nothing.
