(my finger slipped on the last email)

Still no luck after enabling parsetokens,  I’m baffled.  I continue to get this message in my logs:

Returning undeliverable mail to bounce-<:email_id:>.<:message_id:>@dev.domain.com

However, when an email bounces at a valid domain, the log shows he bounce properly like below.

Returning undeliverable mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Try setting parsetokens="yes" in the cfx parameters.

The address is being set in the CFX tag and the error is occurring in my data template.

IMS version 2.6.1

Where are you setting this address?  Is it postfail?  What iMS version?

Regards,

Howie

Subject: [iMS] Bounce Processing

When an email bounces because of an MX lookup error, the bounce processing doesn’t occur because the variables that make up the return address aren’t being evaluated.  Instead of the server trying to return the mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], it attempts to return mail  to bounce-<:email_id:>.<:message_id:>@mail.domain.com which of course doesn’t work and ruins my bounce processing.
