Sounds like we're all in favor, but we'll want to hold a proper board
vote so it's official.  For that we'll need a rough dollar amount to
budget and a list of whom will be attending.

Tav, you know the drill for writing up a proposal, would you mind
drafting one for this?

(We'll need one for the post-LGM hackfest too, once we have the details
nailed down, but we can tackle that later.)
