have to sync the two documents together in that way (xml elements),

Well, I was just doing it for that part, since those sections needed a
lot of help and I didn't have time to translate the French yet. I will
work on straight translations for most parts that exist in the Fr
manual, unless I think they need to be reworked even after translation.
