after our discussions of the last weeks, I've started updating the translation wiki. -> A proposal for review, modifications, updates, remarks, completion can be found there : http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/TestPage It is based on the current translation pages, with some added general informations. If you feel OK with this, i will copy it over current Translation page of the wiki.
