As for ScisclaC responsible of tutorials, I've updated it this
afternoon.

Xavier Conde Rueda has also brought some very nice updates.
Feel free to do the same.


I'll split the status and enrich it with 
- po status
- tutorial status

I'll also add
- a 'news on the web site' translation topic tonight, but will need some
help to write about this process.
- a verification step (msgfmt -cv  yourtranslation.po + check-markup
yourtranslation.po) in the po file process
