Hi Colin, Many thanks for collecting this up-to-date info. I'm not sure if this information should be included on DocumentationTranslation. IMHO, this page must contain the information about the current process only, not about the future way things may get handled. We should avoid new translators get confused and think it's too complicated or unstable. I think this page should be moved elsewhere. What do you think about that?
