I'd tend to agree with Colin : it's a wiki after all. Let's write down good ideas (maybe in a temporary place, if some people feel it can disturb some new volunteers), and then discuss/debate/update/sort them. 0.44 is just released, developpers begin working on 0.45, and it's surely the best moment to prepare some new docs, improve the translations, and (very important) note down best practices plus find some ways to bring more support to potential new contributors.
