You can get actual version of the file for 0.45 release from [1]. It is regular text file with translation definitions but we recommend to use some translation relates tools to translate them, like poedit, gtranslator etc. > Is there anything else, besides this I should know before digging in? After the translation, the file should be submited to our patch tracker at sourceforge so we can test it and commit to the release tree.
