*If* software displaying the SVG file supports profiles, then it will
use the icc-color(blah...) part, and will ignore the "#ff0000"
version. Only if displaying software does not support profiles will
it use the "#ff0000". So in that case "#ff0000" is the "fallback" to
be used just in case.
BTW, the "fix" part of that option is to correct for the situations
where the eith the fallback value or the icc-color() part has changed
without a corresponding change in the other part. So they have become
out of sync, and there would need to be a change to correct that.------------------------------------------------------------------------------
