Please read the translator's guide here: http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/WebSite , create an account at staging.inkscape.org, and tell me your username, so you can get the necessary permissions for editing. It's not always straightforward how things work, so it's better you practice by making a new page, editing links, adding / copying pictures and editing an existing page at least once. For any questions, don't be afraid to ask them here - we know that the current system has some quirks ;) When you feel familiar with the system and know how to work with the django-cms and the editor, tell us again, and we can adjust your permissions at the real website.
