Hi Roberto and Duarte, this doesn't seem to be a permissions issue. It also doesn't work for me, when I use the 'copy all' or 'copy from English' buttons in structure mode on that page (although I think it had worked when I translated to German...).
But it *does* work from the menu. To get there, zoom out of the page, and open the 'Language' menu. Somewhere near the bottom, there's another 'Copy all plugins from English'. That one actually works... I'll make a bug report.
