Hi, This string is from GTK+ translation. It is not translated into Icelandic in the GTK+ 2 branch: https://git.gnome.org/browse/gtk+/tree/po/is.po?h=gtk-2-24#n3365 However, it is translated in 3.x branch so the trunk version of Inkscape should be translated fine: https://l10n.gnome.org/POT/gtk+.master/gtk+.master.is.po Do not know if there will be future versions in 2.x branch for the updated translations...
