I'm surprised Ingy hasn't replied to this thread yet -- he spent a long time
making sure Inline would work with PerlApp last year. He emailed this list
very specific instructions that might be worth following. This is a year old,
so something might have changed enough to break, but it's worth giving it a
try:

PerlApp must be able to package up arbitrary files if you ask it to --
otherwise any module that needs to scan for config files would fail in a
PerlApp. I'll get back to you on this one.

Not to cramp your style, but there's a trial version available. This may
sound blasphemous coming from an employee of ActiveState, but personally, I
always try to find a free version of stuff first. If I like it, I'll buy it,
but I never just cough up the money without "proof" that I'll be happy. Call
me cynical.
