It's been a while, but I recall Win98 and Inline mixing like oil and
water. All due to the flaky command.com shell. If you are serious about
using Inline on Win32, consider NT 2K or XP. They use the cmd shell
which actually works.

You'll also need the programs cl.exe and nmake.exe from Visual Studio.
