Last I looked at it, it appeared to be about 3 steps into what was going 
to be a 5 step juggle of reorganization.  Check the logs.  It's 
possible that something got missed.

IIRC, installing Module::Install from CPAN should make that work.  
Typically the inc/Module/Install.pm doesn't get checked into the repo.

Personally, I would rather see all of the Makefile mungery go away and 
have it just require Module::Build.  But, no need to delay a release 
for that.
