When generating ChangeLog, one currently has to interactively type the
date from when logs start. So it would not work for daily snapshots,
unless we mention somewhere the date of the last release (and update it
when doing a release).
Is it really needed for Debian packages? (I see that you added a patch
to skip its installation if the upstream changelog is missing)
By the way, thanks for the new Debian package of STABLE 1st June.
