SimpleITK seems to build and test find just by adding ITK_USE_64BITS_IDS to the it's super build or the ITK build.
I will be rebuilding binaries for SimpleITK on windows 64 systems. They will be versioned "0.7.1.post1-1" adding the "-1" to indicate it's a different build of the same source code.
