With all the information sharing that's going around lately i'd certainly hand it out and invite discussion. the reality is that if you didnt hand it out others might get it anyway from other sources and then question as to why they didnt get the information from you.
as mentioned before i think one of the dissapointments ive seen in the resolution/proposal 84 is that some ministers/communities have been selective as to whats been handed out, some communities are basing their decidions and reactions not on the proposal/resolution but on other people's reactions to it. ethically i'd have to say you should pass it on. i dont expect my minister to censor the information that goes out to me, i'd like the chance to make my own informed decision. cheers darren www.tollsonline.org --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
