The subject: This term is a popular Australian _expression_ but one which is
seldom used in
its original sense. It is concerned with who is Jesus Christ and how does he help us. That us requires some attention as well. The way in which we talk about Christ changes over time. Well might we ask how to do we respond to the question Jesus put to his disciples, 'Who do you say that I am?' in our own time and place. The purpose of this workshop is to help people relate their understanding of Christ to the context in which they find themselves. It is designed to make use of what you know and also critical scholarship. Its purpose is to resource you for a theological engagement with the practice of ministry. One of the underlying assumptions is that many of our present day difficulties in the church are due to our lack of attention to these Christ concerns. Cost:
