Can anyone shed some light on whether or not then is any truth in the following report.   Allan   To all, I have been told by several sources and confirmed by refugees detained in Baxter, that conditions have changed and that the guards are being more hardline, wearing military uniforms and going to extreme measures to enforce petty rules in Baxter. Some believe that it could be a dirty trick to light the match for a riot, which could help for the federal election. What can be done? Joy Goodsell
