Personally, I reference files with this date format, that ensures that they
remain in date-time order.:
(yy)yymmdd
yy Year
mm Month
dd Day
and if necessary (-hhmmss)
hh Hour
mm Minute
ss Second
Note that the finest-grained detail (day / second) must be last, or they do
not remain in date-time order.
THEN, add the coding you suggest:
Ligurgical Sunday number
Type of document
Version number/letter/etc
