My guess is (if they have any sense) is that is what they would say, would have to say; otherwise they will get nothing they want.
Otherwise, if we are not to be too cynical about it, we should be hoping that all people of "good will" will be impressing on our Family First sisters and brothers how a range of policies or threatened policies are not in the interests of families (including, of course, families in society, the globe, generally).
This is our mission, should we choose to accept it ....
