Uninstall image_science.  It's getting detected and used before
ImageMagick/rmagick.

If you don't have both a compiler and the FreeImage library installed, then
you'll run into runtime errors if you leave image_science installed.  This
issue is not detected during the install of the gem since it doesn't try to
do any native builds and just assumes those dependencies will be satisfied.
