Something doesn't seem right.  The preferences table should have populated
and updated during the migration that's run as part of script/install.

What database and version are you using? MySQL 5.0?

Do you have the mysql gem installed? Verify by running "gem list --local".

And just to be complete, how did you install Rails? (From a gem,
InstantRails, RubyStack, etc.)

Odds are it'll probably be better to handle this support issue directly via
email, especially since it might involve your specific config files.  But if
anyone running Insoshi on Windows has run into a similar issue, let me
know.  I'll also post a recap on the resolution back to the group.
