We should probably put the OpenID login on the signup page. I'll
probably get 'round to it eventually if no one else does it. The
reason it's a little tricky is it was a contributed feature, so I'll
need to load it into my head before I'm confident I can put in a new
place without breaking anything.

OpenID is designed to be orthogonal to normal site registrations, so
there's really no such thing as using OpenID to log into an account
created without it.
