Right. I misspoke myself a bit. I mean that if a person registers an account with Insoshi with their email/password, they will later be unable to switch to an OpenID log in.I have an account at Basecamp ( http://www.basecamphq.com. ) When I tried to log in with my OpenID I got a friendly message that my account wasn't enabled for OpenID and that I needed to enable it in my user settings. Inshoshi doesn't ( yet ) have this. If the Insoshi account wasn't created with OpenID identity there is no provision to switch from email/password to OpenID. So while I agree with with you that OpenID is not _supposed_ to be orthogonal to normal registrations, I think it currently _is_ as implemented in Insoshi. --Troy --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Insoshi developer site: http://dogfood.insoshi.com/ Insoshi documentation: http://docs.insoshi.com/ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Insoshi" group.
