THe 3c575TX card works on linux only as a "hack" to an older 3c598 driver that was already included. To get the 575 to work, you've got to download the PCMCIA modules, a specific .c file for the 575 (it may be a special 598 file, I forget) and then edit the makefile to get it to work (instructions for this process are at http://nts.ml.org/inspiron). For the Xircom adapter, you are kinda on your own, however I have my doubts that this driver is even available. The above is just to give you some idea of what it's going to take to get this card working. I don't know if you can do some "creative" programming on the 575 driver file to get it to work with the Xircom adapter or not, but I'd guess that your chances are slim and nil, and slim is out of town for the next few months if you get my drift. The I3200 is capable of using cardbus cards. I do not have any experience with the Xircom adapter, but my 3C575-TX works fine under Windows (95, 98, and NT4). To my knowledge, however, CardBus cards are not yet well supported under linux, and Xircom has (or had, last time I checked) a policy of refusing to release technical specs on their products. It is very unlikely you will be able to use the Xircom under Linux unless Xircom provides the drivers.
