I'm using an i3200 with RedHat 5.2 and X works great. Here is what I did to
get it working. I installed x when I installed RedHat (I couldn't configure my
screen). I then did the following:

1. Get ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/XFCom/XFCom-neomagic-glibc-2.0.0-1.i386.rpm
2. login as root (or su)
3. install the XFCom (rpm -ivh XFCom-neomagic-glibc-2.0.0-1.i386.rpm)
4. type the following
ln -sf /usr/X11R6/bin/XFCom_NeoMagic /etc/X11/X
mv /etc/X11/XF86Config /etc/X11/XF86Config.old
mv /etc/X11/XF86Config.neomagic /etc/X11/XF86Config

This should install and configure X to use your display. That should be all
you have to do if you install X when you installed RedHat.

Just drop a note if you have any problems with this.
