Hi there, I just ordered a new hard drive from Dell, and will be using it as a dedicated Linux drive. However, I've heard that Redhat crashes when being installed off of the DVD drive. Is there any way to install redhat onto this new, clean, harddrive without having to create a dos partition and copying the CD-Rom contents to the HD? If I do have to copy it to the HD, how can I rid myself of the DOS partition after it's installed and allocate that space to linux? I'm a newbie here, so please excuse my ignorance. I just haven't been able to find a clear solution to this problem. Please help?
