Currently, software that is part of the "base system" (such as mysql) 
can only be installed with the build it was first published in.  In this 
case, you would have to have at least build 100 installed to be able to 
install mysql5.

As packages are refactored in the future, some of them may become 
separated such that you can update them without having to upgrade your 
base OS.  But for now, no such option exists.
